We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to ensuring the robustness of our financial infrastructure, optimizing processes, and providing accurate and timely financial data. As the Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting high-level finance work, including infrastructure, tech stack, process optimizations, data and insights, compensation plans, corporate entity work, and tax planning. The ideal candidate will enable our Finance team to focus on strategic initiatives by ensuring that accounting and bookkeeping are flawlessly executed.

You’ll succeed as an Accounting Manager if you have:
8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a mix of public and private sector
Proven experience as an accountant
Experience with SaaS or other recurring revenue models
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and to build relationships across departments
CPA license (preferred)
Experience with Xero (preferred)
Experience with Maxio, including building reports (preferred)
