You’ll succeed as a Content Manager if you have:
4-6 years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a deep understanding of the industry
Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of US English
Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information into compelling content that resonates with the target audience
Demonstrable experience writing about SaaS-specific KPIs such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn Rate, and more
Proven ability to produce high-quality work quickly, often turning around significant projects in condensed timeframes
Strong ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external freelancers to achieve content goals
A content strategist who can think critically about how content fits into broader business goals
