As a Strategic Coach, you will coach our clients to develop strategies to grow their B2B SaaS businesses and support their development as leaders with our proven frameworks and playbooks. You’ll engage with each client in 1-on-1 via Zoom, to them up for success.
What you’ll love to do:
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with B2B SaaS founders.
Develop Annual Vision Plans and Quarterly Strategic Gameplans to drive focus and execution.
Lead Annual Vision Retrospectives to assess progress and achievements.
Commit to 15-20 hours per month for client coaching.
Work with Success Managers to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on SaaS industry trends and leadership best practices.
Continuously improve coaching strategies for optimal client outcomes.
Provide input on program curriculum to refine playbooks and resources.

Have Proven Coaching Experience – You have directly coached SaaS founders, not just C-level executives.
Bring Deep SaaS Expertise – You have at least 5 years of experience in the SaaS industry and a strong understanding of the business model.
