We’re looking for a Podcast Producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating seamless, world-class podcasts. As a contractor working remotely from home, you will play a key role in researching, recording, editing, and posting video and audio podcasts. You will work closely with the content team to ensure podcasts are engaging, polished, and delivered on schedule. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for storytelling.

Recording: Manage and record high-quality podcast sessions.
Editing: Edit audio/video for clarity, sound quality, and add necessary music, sound effects, and graphics. Marketing team will assist with promotional materials.
Post-production: Finalize episodes with metadata, formatting, and show notes for platform distribution.
Publishing: Upload and manage podcast releases per the content calendar.
Promotion: Help create social media clips, trailers, and teasers to grow the podcast audience.
Guest Management: Coordinate with guests, schedule sessions, and provide support for smooth recordings.
Analytics & Reporting: Track podcast performance and provide insights to improve future episodes.
You’ll succeed as a Podcast Producer if you:
Fluent in English (C1 or C2): Comfortable communicating with a global team and diverse guests.
2+ years of podcast production experience (research, recording, editing, and post-production).
Skilled in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Final Cut Pro).
Familiar with podcast hosting platforms (e.g., Anchor, Libsyn, Buzzsprout) for content distribution.
Strong writing skills for creating engaging audio content.
Able to work independently, manage multiple episodes, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
