About the Sales Development Representative Role:

As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by sourcing qualified Growth Sessions for our Account Executive team. Your primary objective will be to schedule these sessions, engaging with potential clients, and effectively addressing objections while exceeding outbound call activity expectations.

You’ll succeed as a Sales Development Representative if you have:

  • 6+ months of inbound/outbound B2B sales development experience
  • 6+ months of experience with high-volume cold calling (100+ dials per day)
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency and competence in working in and maintaining quality data in CRM systems

Compensation:

$121,000 CAD OTE ($82,500 CAD base + uncapped commission)
