Strong knowledge of tax implications for Canadian and U.S. corporate structures, along with experience managing a U.S. subsidiary of a Canadian corporation.
Advanced financial planning and analysis (FP&A) skills to support strategic decision-making for the CEO.
Possesses clear communication skills to effectively translate complex financial data into plain language for the leadership team.
Experience in building and managing financial strategies that align with broader business goals.
Experience implementing technology solutions to improve finance operations and reporting.
